Review on Godefroy Eyebrow Tint for spot coloring kit in Natural Black

I have tried this for several times now and I really like this product. What a great invention for those who have thin and light coloured eyebrow!

On the product it says Godefroy Eyebrow Tint Natural Black Kit Benefits Provides 6 weeks of color Fits great in any handbag or clutch Pre-mixed, pre-measured color capsules For beards, mustaches, sideburns and bikini area Delivers long lasting, natural eyebrow color that will not fade Rich, creamy consistency and no dripping.

It comes with 20 Pre-measured Color Capsules, Cream Developer 1.5 oz, Reusable Applicator Brush, Instruction Sheet.

First of all, you start with mixing one of capsule and the developer came with. you can use any small bowl to mix. 

               Before mixing(I used the little white stick came with in the box)

once you finish with mixing two, apply those on your eyebrow with the brush came with.

I have to warn you not to freak out when you see your mirror after first time tinting. I know this looks totally ridiculous! When I tried for the first time, I nearly cried of the result with bushy eyebrow look! Trust me it will fade away.

It can be intimidating but don’t worry it will fade away with few times washes. 

Wait for 1-2 minutes to wipe off or wash your face. I usually leave it for more than 4 minutes. 

This is the look after I washed my face and put some BB cream on my face. 

I have applied all my makeup and this is the look. I just spent less than 20 minutes to do my makeup. It normally takes more than 40 minutes to do full makeup including my eyebrow. 

Please don't judge about my eyebrows not being identical. There is a saying that eyebrows are sisters not twins! 

It claims that it can last up to 6 weeks;for me it only lasted up to 2 weeks. I have been using this when I have special occasion where I don’t want to spend lots of time to draw my eyebrow such as holidays with family. 

Especially if you want to look fresh or more alive when you just wake up. My husband doesn't know that I tint my eyebrow once in a while and every time I tint my eyebrow he tells me that how I look amazing without makeup! 

I hope my husband doesn't read this post! 

overall I really like this product and this is really one of the smartest products I think. I will totally repurchase this item again and hope they can come out with other products can last longer than 2 weeks.

Little Makeup Haul from Australia!!

It is a little haul time yeah!

I have been away from Hong Kong to visit my husband relatives in Australia. I had an amazing time their with my family and ate lots of delicious food and wonderful experience.

I bought few makeup items the place called Priceline.

These are what I bought there. price for all big brands are really expensive in Australia to compare to Hong Kong so I didn't get any high-end brand stuff.

I was so excited to see some of items that we cannot find in Hong Kong.

Woohoo I am so excited to try these babies!!

Garnier BB Cream(I think this is the upgraded version) colour in Light (AUD 9.79)

Maybelline New Instant Age Rewind Eraser Dark Circles treatment concealer in Ivory/Fair (AUD18.95)

Rimmel Scandaleyes waterproof eyeliner in 012(Bronze) and 002(Sparkling black) Price for this item was AUD7.46

Faceofaustralia Liquid eyeliner in Black (AUD8.95)

I have never heard of this brand before so I figured I might give it a try.

Faceofaustralia Carnivale nail polish in Ferris Wheel(Greenish) and Masquerade(Purple). Price for this nail polish were each AUD5.95

I just applied on coat for each colour. It looks so pretty in person!

How to use vitamin E Oil for your hair and skin!

I have been using these vitamin E oils for few months since I found about benefits of vitamin E oils. (I bought these vitamin oils from herb.com few months ago)

Benefits of Vitamin E oil are as followings.

The health benefits of vitamin E come from its antioxidant properties. Antioxidants remove free radicals — the unstable compounds that damage the cell structure. Immunity levels improve when vitamin E is consumed. Another important benefit of vitamin E is that it reduces cholesterol and the risk of developing cancer.

Now, lets talk about how this vitamin E oil is good for our skin and hair!

To be honest, I am not so confidant using this vitamin oils on my face directly. I mainly use these vitamin oils for my hair as a treatment mask.

For my skin, I only use tiny amount of vitamin oil on my wrinkles such as forehead, around my eyes and smile wrinkle around my mouth. I only do this few times a month. It didn’t break out my skin and I cannot say this help my wrinkles diminished but it certainly helped to prevent having more wrinkles on my face. I am in my mid 30s and I don’t use expensive those brand skincare but I think my skin still looks good.(Its totally my own opinion ! hehe)

I also use this vitamin E oil as body oil after my shower or bath. When your body is still wet after shower, simply put few drops of oil on your palm and massage it all over your body. You will feel your body is super moisturized.

Finally, its time for hair! I do have long hair and I am the kind of person who is concerned of my hair since I do colour my hair very often!

I know I shouldn’t but I tend to be very bored with my hair colour.

How to make hair mask with vitamin E oil (Its so simple, I am even kidding!)

Things you need

 Any brand of hair treatment mask (I usually buy very affordable one since I put generous  mount of hair treatment mask on my hair!)

hair dying brush (not a must)

any small sized bowl

hair pin

any vitamin E oil

mix with vitamin E oil and hair mask with 1 : 2 ratio like below 

once finished with mixing them well, put it all over from mid to end of your hair not on root of hair and tie up your hair with any hair pin! 

I usually leave it for 30-40 minutes and wash my hair! you can totally leave it as long as you want!

I am not saying that I do have perfect hair. I do have very damaged hair due to dying my hair frequently but I try to keep my hair health as much as possible. 

This is the look after washing my hair and blow-dry.

Review on Maybelline Instant Pink transformer

I went to Watsons to get a new shampoo and I found this cute little thing.

Maybelline came out with new product called Instant Pink Transformer!

I was excited to see this little cute pink colour packaged product. 

Since I am a sucker for cute package, I had to get it!! 

It is Maybelline Instant Pink transformer 

It claims that instantly with pink formula contains a unique blend of pearls to make skin instantly brighter, fairer and more pink.

Clinically proven that after 4 weeks, skins quality is visibly transformed to more even, more elastic and smoother.

24 hour hydration with SPF 35/PA+++

Size : 30ml

Texture is more like primer and very shiny! 

Odor: baby oil smell. Its not too strong or disturbing smell but you can definitely smell some fragrance.  

It was HKD 75 from Watson when I bought it. 

Okay Lets get into details!

This comes in cute pink colour package. 

When you open the plastic package, this is the one you can see.

The texture of this is very silky and moisturising feeling. It does look very shiny when you spread into your skin.

I used pea sized amount and put all over my face as a moisturiser. As you can see it gives me radiant looking.

This is the finishing look with all face, eye and lip makeup. I used Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed powder around my T-zone. I have combination skin and I get oily on my T-zone.

I really liked the look of my face for 1-2 hours but OMG after 4 hours my face got really oily.
Considering this is Winter time in Hong Kong and I have been experienced very dry on my skin.

This is the look after around 4 hours on my T-zone.

I feel like my foundation didn't really last long and made few patches on my face.
I used my Dior Forever Teint Haute Perfection foundation in shade 22. It does usually last loner.

Next day, I used less amount of Instant Pink Transformer and mixed with my Dior foundation. I didn't have oily T-zone on that day even without touch-up. My skin felt hydrated and moisturised through out the day.

My face didn't look shiny to compare to first time when I tried.

Overall, I like this product but have to be careful with amount you use. Otherwise you really can look shiny and oily. Well, we don't want to have shiny and sweaty face.

Would I purchase it again? No I won't purchase it again.

This is just okay product, it didn't blow my mind! Nothing special about it.

I hope this review is helpful for you guys who are interested in purchasing this product.

If you have really dry skin, it might work for you but for oily skin Hell No! I won't recommend this product!
